The Argentinian countertenor displays enormous virtuosity in a dazzling programme of Rossini's lesser-known arias
The Argentinian countertenor fascinates both audiences and critics with a voice that spans three octaves and boasts not only a beautiful timbre but also great expressiveness and a virtuoso technique. After winning the renowned "Neue Stimmen" singing competition in 2003, he became a regular guest on international stages in Zurich, Vienna, Paris, London, Salzburg and Munich. Following his recital last season devoted to arias by Vivaldi and Handel, he returns with a sparkling programme of Rossini.
